A selection of #coffeepaintings will be listed and put up for auction on this site for 24 hours only. You will be able to place a bid on your favourite(s) or buy it immediately at a reserved price. All proceeds will go to shortlisted feeding schemes and charities close to our hearts.

In addition, 10% of all sales made across the site during the 24hours auction will be donated to these charities.

What is it?

The original concept for opening the online art store was born from #coffeepaintings. My own goal was to paint something everyday in under 5 mins for the first 21 days of lockdown. The canvas was whatever I had available. The paint? Leftover coffee.

These paintings where shared on Facebook and inspired others to do the same. In a few days we were a group painting daily, supporting each other, keeping our sanity and anxiety in tact with this simple task. Paint. Paint whatever. Paint freely.

The message was to use what you have and also, to share what you have created in a safe space – no judgement.

We shared what we painted and some even started using wine and tea to paint with.

We kept up with the commitment for #21days, some even continued long after. Some got inspired to pick-up watercolours, buy paint and is still keeping up with the daily practice.

The #coffeepaintings during the first #21daysoflockdown helped us. Now it is time to give back.
